STORIES, the app for social storytellers, was inspired by the vast yet untapped potential for concise expression in the digital realm.
My business partner Pamela Aranguiz and I, embarked on creating a platform to revolutionize the way people engage with creative writing. Like an "Instagram of short stories," where users can effortlessly share narratives of 100 words each. Emphasizing accessibility and simplicity, the app fosters a community-driven environment to explore experiences, thoughts, and emotions encapsulated within compact storytelling.

We co-founded the app in 2014 and applied to an accelerator and won a fund of 20.000 USD to build it and make it functional. From conceptualization to execution,  we meticulously crafted the app's features, ensuring seamless user interaction, intuitive design, and backend infrastructure.
It was very well received, won several innovation awards, and articles were published in various national media. In six months Stories reached 3.000 users and 5.000 stories were written.
